Attendance at the South by Southwest Conference and Festival (SXSW) has grown exponentially over the years; more specifically, the Interactive/Technology portion has really made a name for itself. With hundreds of brands, agencies, technology gurus, start-ups and many more folks crowding the streets of Austin during the first weekend in March, it’s the place to be if you’re in the social media marketing industry. House Party has participated the past few years, soaking in all we can to improve our own platform and company, as well as networking with the masses.
The festival’s popularity extends beyond actually attending to industry professionals competing intensely for a chance to speak. As you may very well know, SXSW gives the people the power by allowing community votes to partially determine the chosen panels. This year, House Party submitted several proposals on topics we’re passionate about, and we’re hoping you can help us increase our chances of presenting them — and sharing them with you — at SXSWi 2015.
Throughout the past year, we’ve conducted a breadth of research on word-of-mouth marketing and its impact on brands and buyer behavior, and we think many of the findings are very relevant to the SXSWi audience. So, please take a minute to take a look at our proposals — and vote for us if you think we’re on to something! Your time is very much appreciated, and we hope to see you in Austin come March!
